Control Yourself

  1. Stand and stretch at your desk
  2. Walk and stand
  3. Exercise
  4. March in place
  5. Get up and move every hour
  6. Walk to water cooler
  7. Eat light and walk during  your lunch break

Eliminate As Much Sitting As Possible

  1. It damages health
  2. Causes weight gain
  3. You die early
